Position Summary:

The Project Manager leads and manages the full lifecycle of PMC projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The role serves as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and contractors while overseeing design coordination, procurement, construction, and risk management. The position also ensures compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements, prepares project reports, and supports contract administration and project closeout.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

  • Oversee project performance to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Manage design coordination, procurement strategies, and construction oversight in alignment with PMC obligations.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and coordination reviews across all disciplines.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.

  • Support contract administration, change management, and claims analysis with the commercial and legal teams.

  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all phases.

  • Manage project handover and support post-completion audits and documentation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMC or consultancy role.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, building, or mixed-use development projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills

  • Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, PMWeb, etc.)

  • Risk management and problem-solving expertise

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
