Overview

Our Residential Community and Facilities division specializes in managing and maintaining residential communities and facilities, ensuring that they are safe, well-maintained, and provide a high quality of life for residents.

As the Residential Community and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential communities and facilities. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and provide a positive living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all residential properties, including buildings, common areas, and amenities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the properties
• Hire, train, and manage a team of maintenance and support staff
• Create and manage budgets for each property, including forecasting and tracking expenses
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or safety issues and take necessary action to address them
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other services as needed
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our residential communities and facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 10 years of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with property management software is a plus
