General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Unifier Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Unifier platform, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
- Customize Unifier modules, workflows, and business processes to align with project requirements and organizational standards.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within the Unifier system by implementing data validation rules and quality controls.
- System Configuration and Integration:
- Configure and maintain Unifier integrations with other project management tools, enterprise systems, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data interfaces, APIs, and web services to facilitate seamless data exchange between Unifier and other systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform system testing, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues or implement enhancements.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide user training and technical support to project team members and stakeholders on Unifier functionality, features, and best practices.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate the adoption of Unifier and ensure user proficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Unifier-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- System Optimization and Enhancement:
- Analyze project management processes, workflows, and system usage patterns to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement.
- Propose and implement enhancements, upgrades, and customizations to Unifier to streamline project delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement performance tuning measures to optimize system responsiveness and reliability.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Unifier reporting tools to provide insights into project performance, status, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and metrics to support project monitoring, control, and decision-making.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 + years of work experience.
- Well-versed with Primavera Unifier.
- Oracle Primavera and ERP technical background.
