Position Summary:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Facilities Management - Operations / Consultants to join our talent pool. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of facilities management operations. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting facility assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing facility management plans and strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on facility management best practices
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Managing vendor contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Developing and managing budgets for facility operations and capital expenditures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing training and support to facility staff on proper maintenance and operation procedures
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management operations
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience with budget management and cost control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or IFMA are a plus
