Overview
Hill International is building a talent pool of professionals for current and future aviation Building projects in the Middle East. If you have experience working on large-scale Building projects across various regions, including GCC, USA, and Europe, and are looking for exciting opportunities in the Middle East, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking highly skilled professionals in the aviation sector to join our talent pool. These projects will cover various aspects of airport infrastructure, including but not limited to runway construction, terminal design, security systems, air traffic management, and both airside and landside operations. Key Roles and Areas of Expertise
- Project Manager
Responsibilities: Manage a new commercial building project, overseeing budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Coordinate with stakeholders and lead the project team
- Construction Manager
Responsibilities: Oversee construction activities for buildings and marinas, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Provide strong leadership to the construction team.
- Project Commercial / Contracts Director
Responsibilities: Lead the commercial and contracts team, manage all contract documents from tender to closeout, and interface with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Manager / Resident Engineer
Responsibilities: Supervise contractors and subcontractors, monitor construction methods and materials, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Contracts Manager
Responsibilities: Develop and administer all contract documents, advise clients on potential variations, and manage claims and variations.
- - Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial building projects, including budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
- - Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- - Lead project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- - Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- - Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
- - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- - Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- - Foster a culture of safety on the project site and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- - Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for commercial building projects.
- - Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including design, procurement, and construction.
- - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- - Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
- - Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
- - Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- - Professional certifications (PMP, CCM) are a plus.
