Position Summary:

Hill International is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end delivery of mixed-use development projects, from site selection and design through construction and handover. The role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring project performance. The position also supports market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial strategies to ensure financially viable and successful mixed-use developments.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development process, including site selection, design, construction, and project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for leasing and sales
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and consultants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and government agencies
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in mixed use development

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mixed use development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate finance, market analysis, and development feasibility
  • Familiarity with local zoning and building codes
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed for project assignments
