General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Guidance and Control with the technical teams during design processes for airside design, Obstacle Limitation, aerodrome manual and airport charts creating and update.
  • Assist in aerodrome activities, construction, inspection, maintenance and update.
  • Review and update airport aerodrome capacity and calculations.
  • Evaluate maintenance tasks and procedures and effectiveness.
  • Provide input to and develop Component Maintenance Manuals.
  • Perform onsite installation and commissioning support.
  • Develop Training Specifications.
  • Prepare and perform technical training courses as an instructor.
  • Consulting the support team members and Engineering support teams, when necessary, to identify eligible cases on systems and structures reporting.
  • Gathering the cases within a database and creating reporting templates/guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Mechanics from an accredited University
  • Experience with aircraft sizing and performance analysis/optimization.
  • Strong understanding of optimization and coding methods.
  • 12 years of wind tunnel testing or Computational Fluid Dynamics experience required.
