Job Overview:

As a Saudization Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Saudi Arabian government's Saudization program. This program aims to increase the employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector, and as a Saudization Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping our company meet these requirements.

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the Saudization program
• Monitor and track the employment of Saudi nationals within the company
• Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to identify potential candidates and promote job opportunities to Saudi nationals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Saudization compliance
• Liaise with government agencies and officials to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on Saudization policies and procedures
• Stay updated on changes and updates to the Saudization program and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders
• Generate reports and present data on Saudization compliance to company leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or project management industry
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudization program and its requirements
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
