Key Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate and manage engineering activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions
  •  Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
  •  Oversee the work of engineering teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
  •  Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management
  •  Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets
  •  Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  •  Mentor and train junior engineering staff
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery processes
  •  Travel to project sites as needed to oversee engineering activities and provide support to project teams

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  •  Minimum of 8+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the MENA and Europe regions
  •  Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices
  •  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  •  Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring and training junior staff
