Position Summary:
These role is focused on the projects that will involve the development of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, including hospital construction, medical research centers, clinics, and other healthcare infrastructure. We are seeking professionals across various disciplines to join our talent pool for current and upcoming medical construction projects.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Design and Construction Roles
- Healthcare Architects: Specializing in the design of hospital and healthcare facilities, focusing on patient care environments, hospital workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Civil Engineers: Designing and constructing infrastructure such as roads, parking, drainage systems, and external building works for healthcare facilities.
- Structural Engineers: Expertise in the structural design of healthcare buildings, ensuring safe and efficient layouts for hospitals, clinics, and medical research centers.
- MEP Engineers: Overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for healthcare facilities, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
- Quantity Surveyors / Cost Engineers: Managing cost estimation, procurement, and budget control for healthcare projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
Project and Construction Management Roles
- Project Directors: Leading large-scale healthcare projects, overseeing the management of client relationships, budgets, timelines, and the overall delivery of hospital and healthcare infrastructure.
- Project Managers: Coordinating day-to-day operations on hospital projects, managing teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Construction Managers: Managing the construction process for hospital projects, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety regulations, and on-time completion.
- Planning Managers: Developing project schedules for hospital developments, ensuring that all milestones are met and efficiently managed throughout the construction process.
- Procurement Managers: Overseeing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for hospital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Healthcare Facilities Management Roles
- Facilities Managers: Overseeing the operational and maintenance aspects of healthcare facilities, ensuring all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning effectively and reliably.
- Healthcare Systems Engineers/Managers: Managing the integration of critical hospital systems, such as HVAC, lighting, medical gas systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Safety Engineers, Officers and Managers: Ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards, including infection control, hazardous material handling, and emergency preparedness for healthcare settings.
Cross-functional Roles
- Sustainability Managers: Ensuring that hospital and healthcare facilities are built to sustainable, environmentally responsible standards, incorporating green technologies and energy-efficient practices.
- Healthcare Compliance Advisors: Ensuring that all projects adhere to local and international regulations for healthcare buildings, including safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
- Medical Equipment Engineer/Managers: Overseeing the installation and management of medical equipment and specialized hospital systems, ensuring functionality and compliance.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in large-scale hospital and healthcare facility construction projects.
- Expertise in the design, construction, and operation of healthcare infrastructure, particularly in hospitals, clinics, and research facilities.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Project Management certifications, Engineering qualifications, Healthcare-specific certifications) are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
