Position Summary:

This is an evergreen position, meaning we are continuously accepting applications for future P3 projects. As a member of our P3 Talent Pool, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects across various sectors. You will be responsible for providing project management, construction management, and other consulting services to our clients in the P3 market. This includes managing the overall project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management and construction management services for P3 projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Participate in business development activities to support the growth of the P3 sector within the company

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management or construction management for P3 projects
  • Strong understanding of P3 project delivery methods and processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and schedule
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred
