Position Summary:

Talent Pool – Emiratization role designed for UAE nationals to gain hands-on experience in project management, construction management, and key support functions across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development. The role involves assisting with project planning, schedules, budgets, research, and cross-functional collaboration while learning from experienced professionals. Participants contribute to Emiratization initiatives, support project success, and develop skills to advance their careers in the construction and project management sector.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and monitoring of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Attend project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates and gather information.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in project management and construction management.
  • Support the implementation of Emiratization initiatives and promote career opportunities for UAE nationals.
  • Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Assist in documenting processes, reports, and project correspondence as required.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, best practices, and company procedures to support personal and professional growth.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be an Emirati national.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of project management, construction, or related business processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
  • Previous internship or work experience in the construction, engineering, or project management sector is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
  • Interest in contributing to Emiratization initiatives and representing UAE national talent within the organization.
