Position Summary:
Hill International is seeking highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join its construction supervision teams across the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a critical role in contract administration, cost control, and change management, ensuring financial governance and commercial success across large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage post-contract quantity surveying functions on site, ensuring contract compliance and cost efficiency.

Administer and manage all contractual correspondence, variation orders, claims, and interim/final payment certificates.

Evaluate and validate contractors progress payments, cost forecasts, and change order requests.

Review and analyze contractor claims (EOT, cost impact, disruption), and prepare recommendations.

Prepare cost reports and maintain effective cost control systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Support project team and client in resolving contractual and commercial issues.

Participate in tender reviews, cost comparisons, and commercial evaluations as needed.

Ensure compliance with FIDIC or bespoke contract forms and support contract close-out procedures.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MRICS or equivalent certification preferred).

Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role on large construction projects in the Middle East.

Project Background: Experience with large-scale infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, or government-funded projects.

Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient in MS Excel and cost management software
