We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be based in our [location] office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee time off, sick leave, and vacation time
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including policies, procedures, and company updates
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
- Maintain and update HR databases and files
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
