Position Summary:

The role oversees all phases of retail and shopping mall projects, from concept development through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and schedules. It involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and retail operators, facilitating communication and driving project success.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development to handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.

  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and retail operators, facilitating communication to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in construction and project management, with at least 3 years in retail and shopping mall projects.

  • Proven track record of delivering retail and shopping mall projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
