Overview

Hill International is building a talent pool of professionals for mixed-use projects in the Middle East. If you have experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, which typically combine residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and leisure spaces, and are interested in future opportunities in the Middle East, we want to hear from you!

These projects will cover various aspects, including but not limited to the design, construction, and operation of large, complex mixed-use developments. We are looking for skilled professionals in various fields to join our talent pool for current and future opportunities.

Key Roles and Areas of Expertise

Design and Construction Roles

  • Architects: Expertise in the design of mixed-use buildings, integrating residential, commercial, and leisure spaces with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Civil Engineers: Specializing in the design and construction of infrastructure for mixed-use projects, including foundations, roads, parking, and drainage systems.
  • Structural Engineers: Expertise in designing and analyzing the structural integrity of complex mixed-use buildings, including high-rise towers and podiums.
  • MEP Engineers: Overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for mixed-use developments, ensuring their integration and efficiency across residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
  • Quantity Surveyors/Cost Engineers: Managing project budgets, cost estimation, and procurement for mixed-use developments, ensuring cost-effective and on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in large-scale mixed-use development projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Project Management certifications, Engineering qualifications, Sustainability certifications) are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with multinational teams.
