Position Overview:
Hill International is seeking a dynamic and strategic Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement, communication, and coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders on high-profile construction and infrastructure projects under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model. This role is critical in maintaining alignment, mitigating conflicts, and fostering collaborative relationships across government entities, developers, consultants, contractors, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Stakeholder Management Plan aligned with project objectives.

Identify all relevant stakeholders (government authorities, utility agencies, clients, developers, communities) and map interests, influences, and impacts.

Lead stakeholder meetings, forums, and coordination workshops to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Act as a central point of contact between project teams and external authorities for permits, NOCs, and approvals.

Proactively address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and mitigate risks related to public or regulatory opposition.

Monitor stakeholder engagement metrics and ensure consistent documentation of communications, agreements, and action items.

Support the project leadership in navigating political, social, and environmental sensitivities.

Prepare and deliver stakeholder engagement reports, presentations, and briefings to client leadership.

Ensure that all stakeholder activities comply with project governance and regional regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder or interface management in large-scale infrastructure or development projects.

Proven experience in a PMC or consultancy environment in the Middle East.

Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and government procedures.
