Overview:

We are building a talent pool of professionals for current and future High Rise Building projects worldwide. If you have experience working on High Rise Building projects across various regions, including GCC, USA, and Europe and are looking for exciting opportunities in The Middle East we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
  • Manage project documentation and record keeping
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in high rise building construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • PMP certification is a plus
