Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Expeditor to join our team in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) & Europe regions. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, as well as managing the logistics and coordination of shipments. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers to determine material and equipment needs for project sites in the MENA & Europe regions
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors for required materials and equipment
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers and vendors
  • Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Monitor and report on the progress of orders and shipments
  • Resolve any issues or delays with suppliers and vendors
  • Communicate with project managers and site teams to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure materials and equipment are delivered to the correct location
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering as needed
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement and delivery process
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
  • Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the Bachelors degree
  • Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
