Position Overview:

Hill International is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the administration and management of contracts on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model. The Contract Manager will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage claims and variations, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of project contracts including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
  • Ensure contracts are administered in line with FIDIC and other relevant standards.
  • Coordinate with legal, commercial, and project teams to resolve contractual issues.
  • Manage variations, extensions of time, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Advise project leadership on contractual risks and opportunities.
  • Support procurement processes related to contract awards and subcontractor management.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on contract matters.
  • Prepare regular contract status reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1015 years of contract management experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in PMC, consultancy, or client-side roles preferred, especially in the Middle East.
  • Strong knowledge of international contract forms, especially FIDIC.
  • Proven ability to manage claims and disputes effectively.
