Position Summary:

The Industrial Project professional supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of industrial projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. They conduct site visits, inspections, and reporting to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams. Additionally, they assist project managers in implementing strategies, managing risks, and optimizing project performance across all phases of delivery.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans and strategies
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
• Conduct project site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Prepare and review project reports and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules
• Provide support to project managers in all aspects of project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project performance

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or construction management in the industrial sector
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
