Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes and procedures for projects in the MENA and Europe regions
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement quality plans and procedures
- Review and approve project documents, including drawings, specifications, and submittals, to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Monitor and track project progress and report on quality metrics
- Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams on quality control and assurance processes
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any quality concerns or issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control and assurance activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in quality control and assurance in the construction industry
- Experience working on projects in the MENA and Europe regions is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
