The client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a focus on real estate law to join its team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an in-office position with the opportunity to take on a full caseload immediatelyno book of business required.

The role is ideal for a proactive attorney who thrives with minimal supervision, is comfortable managing a full caseload, and is ready to start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in Florida.

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

• Strong understanding of real property law preferred.

• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.

• Availability to begin immediately or with short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a full caseload independently.

• Represent clients in real estate and property-related legal disputes.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial work.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong client representation.
