Job Description:

The client has extensive experience in advising, investigating, defending and litigating all forms of government investigations. Nationwide representation includes handling matters from investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas or other requests for information from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors or investigative agencies.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have two to four years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills and will have completed a clerkship. Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation is preferred. Massachusetts State Bar admission is required. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
