Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Attorney with a specialization in Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of success in litigation. This role involves representing clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, regulatory compliance issues, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and post-trial motions.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and develop case strategies.
  • Advise clients on potential risks and legal implications of litigation, providing clear and practical guidance.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure comprehensive and effective case management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to commercial litigation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills and experience in courtroom proceedings.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
