Our Client:

Leading company in the investment and private equity sector in LATAM, with operations in multiple emerging markets, is seeking a CEO to design, lead, and execute a business strategy that drives sustainable growth and operational excellence.



Responsibilities:

-Develop and lead the companys financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long
-term business goals.

-Design scalable financial models to support business expansion and profitability.

-Manage capital allocation and drive investment strategies that fuel growth and operational efficiency.

-Identify opportunities for M&A, fundraising, and partnerships that enhance value creation.

-Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

-Build and inspire high-performing finance teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

-Provide strategic guidance to the executive board, translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

-Over 10 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in high-growth sectors.

-Proven experience in developing financial strategies and scalable models for expansion and profitability.

-Knowledge in capital allocation management, investment, M&A, and strategic opportunities.

-Ability to lead high-performing finance teams, with a focus on innovation and regulatory compliance.
