Job Description
A leading digital platform that offers financial products tailored to businesses is looking for a Chief Revenue Director.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Reports To: Country Manager (with direct interaction with the Founders)

Position Type: Full-time

Role Overview: As the Revenue Director, you will be responsible for driving the revenue growth and sales strategies across the markets, particularly focusing on scaling the operations through technology and innovative approaches. This role is critical as the company continues to expand, especially within the SME sector, while also striving to penetrate larger corporate accounts that require more sophisticated sales and pipeline management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company overall business objectives.

-Lead and manage all revenue-generating departments, including sales, business development, and customer success.

-Drive the adoption of scalable technological solutions to enhance revenue operations and pipeline management.

-Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and Founders to align revenue strategies with company-wide goals.

-Market Penetration & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the SME sector and strategize the approach for large corporate accounts.

-Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique needs of each segment and region.

-Oversee the implementation of new business initiatives and sales methodologies that support rapid scaling and market penetration.

-Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing revenue team, including Senior Managers and Regional Managers.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the revenue teams.

-Ensure the revenue team is equipped with the necessary tools, processes, and knowledge to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.

-Operational Excellence: Implement and optimize systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and revenue scalability.

-Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

-Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly between sales, technology, and risk management teams.

-Financial Stewardship: Oversee the revenue departments budget, ensuring alignment with the companys financial goals and objectives.

-Present regular updates on revenue performance to the executive team and board, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
-Minimum of 10 years in revenue leadership roles, with a track record of success in high-growth companies, preferably within fintech or SaaS.
-Proven experience in scaling revenue operations, particularly in B2B environments, and managing large sales teams.
-Deep understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to integrate technology into sales and revenue operations.

Education:
-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
-MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:
-Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership.
-Strong knowledge of sales operations, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results.
