Our Client:

Important leading medical technology company is looking for a Business & Project Manager.

Its main function will be collaborating closely with commercial leadership teams to foster growth through synergistic efforts with Sales and Marketing teams. Central to this position is the proficient management of project lifecycles, encompassing planning, resource allocation, timelines, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the seamless and timely completion of all projects.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design of customer presentations, serving as a subject matter expert throughout the sales, installation, and sign-off phases for projects.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities, providing feedback to Hub Leaders across LATAM to enhance effectiveness.
  • Oversee project management, including meticulous planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Provide post-installation product training and case support as needed.
  • Collaborate with local commercial teams to develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and installation forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in direct medical device sales or marketing, coupled with project management expertise within the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
  • Completion of a university undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Native level of Spanish and English. German is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Medical Device/Healthcare sector.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
