Our Client:
Leading Company in the Healthcare Industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. 

The primary responsibility will be to lead the comprehensive management of the companys financial aspects, ensuring its financial health and contributing to the growth in the companys value. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Projections Development and Management: Develop, monitor, and update financial projections aligned with the companys vision, priorities, and strategic goals.
• Budget Management: Create, control, and adjust budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and the achievement of financial objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports and perform analysis to evaluate the companys financial performance based on established metrics.
• Strategic Proposals: Propose proactive initiatives and strategies based on financial analysis to promote financial health and maximize the core value of the business long term.
• Defining and Tracking Key Metrics: Establish and monitor key financial metrics that reflect the companys financial health and growth, providing relevant information for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, masters degree, and/or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Previous experience as Finance Lead, Head of Finance, or CFO in high-level companies/startups.
• Advanced/bilingual English (certified by TOEFL or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
