Our Client:

Leading retail company in LATAM is seeking an inspiring and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of growth and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to drive the strategic direction of a high-impact business operating multiple locations. The ideal candidate will combine sharp business acumen with a passion for operational excellence and customer-centric leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  
• Lead business transformation initiatives that position the company as a market leader across multiple regions. 
  
• Create and drive innovative strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, expand market share, and enhance brand positioning. 
  
• Align cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, and HR) around a shared strategic direction. 
  
• Oversee the development of new business models to meet evolving market demands.
  
• Engage with investors, board members, and external stakeholders to secure alignment and foster growth opportunities. 
  
• Identify and capitalize on M&A opportunities to accelerate business expansion.
  
• Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
  
• Anticipate market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive forces, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 
  
• +12 years of executive leadership experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer-oriented industries. 
  
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and leading organizational transformation. 
  
• Strong financial acumen and experience working with investors, boards, and capital markets. 
  
• Expertise in digital transformation, e-commerce strategies, and operational optimization. 
  
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
