Job description
Our Client:
Leading retail company in LATAM is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This strategic role is critical to building a robust organizational culture that supports the company's rapid growth across multiple locations, enhancing the employee experience, and aligning HR initiatives with the company's vision of expansion and market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Human Resources strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, ensuring a scalable and efficient structure to support rapid expansion.
- Implement talent development and retention programs that reinforce a culture of engagement, performance, and adaptability at all organizational levels.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Strengthen organizational structure by attracting key talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and building high-performance teams.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusion, and alignment with company values.
- Oversee compliance and labor relations, ensuring adherence to labor laws and fostering a safe, equitable workplace.
- Drive the adoption of HR technologies that optimize process efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership, translating business needs into people-focused initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant masters degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or high-growth environments, with at least 5 years in executive roles.
- Proven experience in organizational culture, digital transformation in HR, and change management.
- Capability to manage large workforces across multiple locations with a focus on efficiency and resource optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building diverse, collaborative teams.
