Job description

Our Client:

Leading medical technology company is looking for a General Manager. 

Its main function will be to lead the company's operations in Mexico, overseeing the commercial operations for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the company's operations in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
    
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence and achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, local laws, and regulations.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Manage budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
    
  • Represents the company before governmental institutions, associations, chambers, confederations, and other relevant entities, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders to promote a favorable image that drives business opportunities and benefits for the company.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.

  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Proven leadership and commercial skills, with a track record of success in sales and marketing.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
    
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
