Leading retail company in LATAM, with operations across multiple locations, is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to design, lead, and execute a financial strategy that drives sustainable growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities:


• Develop and lead the companys financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  
• Design scalable financial models to support business expansion and profitability.
  
• Manage capital allocation and drive investment strategies that fuel growth and operational efficiency.
  
• Identify opportunities for M&A, fundraising, and partnerships that enhance value creation.
  
• Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  
• Build and inspire high-performing finance teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive board, translating financial data into actionable business insights.
  
  

Qualifications:


• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
  
• +10 years of experience in financial leadership roles within retail, FMCG, or high-growth sectors.
  
• Proven track record of scaling operations and leading business transformations.
  
  
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, capital markets, and M&A.
