Our Client: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst for a multi-stage investment company focused on biotechnology and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates for various positions, including high-level directorial and C-level roles.
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the job market and industry trends to effectively source top talent.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
-Provide insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment strategies and processes.


The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will have:

-Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in fast-paced environments.
-Ability to handle recruitment for a variety of roles across different levels and industries, including senior executive positions.
