What You'll Be Doing

This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role where you’ll connect directly with customers in your community. You’ll be:

  • Cold calling and canvassing door-to-door to generate new leads
  • Educating customers on internet and solar options and closing the sale
  • Setting daily appointments and using a company-provided iPad for tracking
  • Working independently to hit a goal of one sale per day
  • Representing top-tier services from AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast
  • Delivering outstanding service while building long-term client relationships


What You Must Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to work a minimum of 2040 hours per week
  • A self-starting, disciplined mindset you’ll be working independently
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • The confidence to knock on doors and initiate conversations
  • A goal-driven attitude and the desire to earn based on performance

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required we’re looking for people who are hungry to learn and willing to hustle.


Compensation

Uncapped commission-only which means there’s no cap on your income.
Weekly pay

  • $50,000$70,000 expected in your first year
  • $100,000+ potential in your second year and beyond
  • Promotions and growth opportunities for consistent performers
