Field Marketing Representative (INDEED)

Briggs Family Home Development (BFHD) is a leading Storm Restoration and Exterior Remodeling company committed to helping communities throughout the Midwest. Were looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Field Marketing Representative to help expand our brand presence and drive growth in local communities.

Milwaukee · Madison · Racine · Janesville · La Crosse · Waukesha · Kenosha · Sun Prairie · Brookfield · Pewaukee

Responsibilities:

• Canvassing neighborhoods to spread brand awareness, build connections, and foster trust within the community.

• Setting up free inspections by engaging with homeowners through face-to-face marketing, phone outreach, and attending local events.

• Promoting BFHDs services and building relationships with potential customers.

Compensation:

• $15 - $18 hourly base pay

• Performance-based bonuses

• Yearly Earning Expectation between $50k-$70k

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with in-person outreach and engaging with community members

• Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive

• Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
