As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The role is integral to expanding our affiliate partnership, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth across all of our operational markets. You will have the opportunity to shape our affiliate partners across the globe as we continue to expand into new markets.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic owner to take the helm of our affiliate business. This is not just a maintenance role; we need someone who can independently segment our partner ecosystem and drive revenue. You will manage the full lifecycle—providing high-touch "white-glove" service to our top ~15-20 VIP merchants while simultaneously driving the manual onboarding and activation of our long-tail partners.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Portfolio Management
- The VIP Treatment: Directly manage our top 15-20 merchant accounts. You will be responsible for their account planning, revenue forecasting, and ensuring HeyMax is their top-performing partner.
- Long-Tail Growth: Drive the onboarding and activation of long-tail accounts. This involves hands-on, manual onboarding, requiring you to be operationally disciplined while looking for ways to streamline the process.
- Segmentation: Rigorously analyze partner performance to "tier" accounts. You will decide who gets your time and resources based on ROI and growth potential.
2. Experimentation & Analysis
- Pilot Programs: Design and execute experiments (e.g., exclusive flash sales, new placement types) to test what drives the most value. You aren't afraid to fail fast, learn, and iterate.
- Performance Forecasting: Go beyond basic reporting. You will provide weekly/monthly forecasting models to leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variance against targets.
- Budget & ROI: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring spend is allocated to the highest-performing segments.
3. Operational Excellence
- Network Management: Work daily within platforms like Impact, Partnerize, and Rakuten to pull links, check offers, and reconcile data.
- BAU Communication: Manage all day-to-day communications with partners. You are the bridge between external merchants and our internal product/marketing teams.

- Analytical & Data-Driven: You are comfortable in Excel/Sheets. You understand why a campaign worked or failed and can explain the data story to stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: You are constantly looking for the "step-change" in growth. You are proactive in adopting AI tools or automation to boost your personal productivity.
- Eager to Learn: Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten) is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right person who learns fast.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing (Travel, E-commerce, or Fintech preferred).
- Proven track record of managing relationships and growing revenue (ability to share specific growth metrics is key).
- A self-starter: Ability to take ownership of tasks, prioritize efficiently, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or strong interest in account segmentation (strategy for VIP vs. mass partners).
- Curious and proactive in adopting AI tools or automation to boost productivity and improve outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) for building rapport with global partners.
- Based in Singapore
