Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to guide a recruitment team and support the delivery of an effective, high-quality hiring strategy. This professional will play a key role in coordinating talent acquisition activities, strengthening recruitment practices and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to combine people leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will manage, support and develop the recruitment team, ensuring that hiring priorities are addressed efficiently and consistently. The role will oversee recruitment processes from workforce needs assessment through candidate selection, while monitoring performance, distributing responsibilities and promoting collaboration across the team. This professional will also work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, improve recruitment approaches and maintain clear communication throughout each selection process.

Requirements

You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition and at least two years of experience leading, coordinating or supervising a team. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, with strong written and spoken communication skills in each language. The role also requires excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities, sound decision-making, a results-oriented mindset and the capacity to motivate and develop others. A proactive approach, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities will be essential for success!
