Role Overview

As a Global Broker Agreement Specialist, you will play a high-impact strategic role aimed at maximizing international revenue generation and ensuring zero value leak across global commercial operations. Acting as a strategic co-pilot to global category leaders, you will oversee the full execution, tracking, and optimization of broker agreements across diverse suppliers, regions, and categories. In this dynamic capacity, you will drive compliance and operational rigor, mitigate volume reduction risks, and proactively uncover untapped market opportunities while keeping key global stakeholders aligned and engaged around financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will track Joint Business Plan delivery and service compliance across international territories, designing robust tracking tools to monitor compliant spend and support year-end fee reconciliation. You will partner closely with Finance and spend intelligence teams to quantify financial outcomes, curate data for regular business reviews, and escalate potential forecast risks early. Additionally, your routine involves maintaining structured communication channels across regions, identifying growth "white spaces," streamlining governance workflows, and supporting global category leaders with targeted analytical insights within established frameworks.

Requirements

You are a highly analytical, self-driven professional with proven experience operating within complex, cross-cultural matrix environments and a strong grasp of foundational contract law. You bring exceptional organizational discipline and data presentation skills, with demonstrated expertise using advanced tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to synthesize multi-source information into clear business insights. Fluent in English, you combine meticulous attention to detail with the interpersonal finesse required to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships, execute structured governance processes, and manage parallel workstreams independently.
