Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing the global Core Model for Talent & Performance processes. This role ensures the system is fully aligned with business needs, security standards, and GDPR compliance. Acting in a dynamic international environment, you will be the primary Single Point of Contact  for technical integrators, local SMEs, and Level 3 support, while collaborating with Change Management teams to maximize global user adoption.

Responsibilities

Core Model Ownership & Management: Develop, configure, and maintain the global Core Model for Talent & Performance processes, ensuring all configurations strictly align with the overall project plan during both integration and run modes.

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) & Support: Act as the central interface for HR populations (BPOs and local SMEs) andtechnical integrator teams

Data Validation & Testing: Plan and organize comprehensive data and process testing campaigns to ensure full system validation, technical acceptance, and accurate security/access design.

Analytics & Change Management: Produce relevant KPIs, maintain performance dashboards for the Talent & Performance scope, and co-produce or validate training and communication materials to guarantee successful user adoption.

Requirement

Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in global HRIS Core HR or HRIS projects, with a proven track record in implementation projects (build and/or run) within a consulting firm or corporate internal team.

Skills & Certifications: Fluent in English with solid project management capabilities and strong cross-functional influencing skills. Operational HR experience in Talent & Performance 

Technical Expertise: Mandatory knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), with a strong ability to translate employee data administration needs into robust technical designs.

Compliance & Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR applications and processes within the Talent & Performance domain, alongside knowledge of HRIS regulations, data security, and GDPR.
