Role Overview
We are looking for a Learning & Development Operations Coordinator to support the planning, administration and delivery of training activities within an international, highly structured environment.
Working closely with instructors, training coordinators and stakeholders across international and national organisations, you will play a key role in ensuring training activities run smoothly and efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the operational delivery of specialist training programmes while managing complex schedules, resources and stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, course iterations and resource allocation, ensuring effective and timely delivery.
- Provide first-line operational support to instructors, students and training stakeholders, resolving scheduling and logistical challenges.
- Coordinate training facilities, classroom requirements, access arrangements and technical support services.
- Maintain accurate training, resource and funding records using training management and enterprise business systems.
- Support training planning, reporting, course catalogue administration and the coordination of events and workshops.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Operations Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with technical documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training administration, education operations or a comparable international training environment.
- Proven experience managing complex schedules, resources and training administration systems, including TMS, LMS or ERP platforms.
- Strong organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
