About the job AI Builder
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI & Automation Solutions Specialist to develop practical solutions for its Supply Management and Business Intelligence functions. You will turn operational challenges into working AI and automation tools across data processes, user-facing products and administrative activities. You will prototype ideas, test their value with users and recommend whether they should be scaled, reused or discontinued.
Key Responsibilities
You will work with global and regional teams to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translating loosely defined needs into clear, testable use cases. You will independently build prototypes using generative AI, data, APIs, Python, SQL and low-code or no-code technologies.
You will test solutions with users, improve them based on feedback and measure their impact through outcomes such as time savings, quality and adoption. Successful concepts will be prepared for wider implementation in partnership with technology and AI teams, with appropriate documentation, security and governance. You will also share reusable tools, practical learning and best practices across the organisation.
Requirements
You have three to five years of relevant experience in applied AI, analytics, data, automation or digital products, with a proven ability to turn business problems into practical solutions. You will have hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models, strong data foundations and working proficiency in Python and SQL or equivalent technologies.
You will combine analytical thinking with commercial judgement, user focus and a sound understanding of data security, governance and responsible AI. You will be comfortable working autonomously in an exploratory environment and communicating technical concepts in clear business language.
Fluency in English is required.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure or similar platforms will be advantageous. Exposure to procurement, supply management, global organisations or the transition of prototypes into production will also be valued!
