Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and managing the global Core Model for time tracking and workforce management processes. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical design—specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem—ensuring that systems align with payroll activities, local regulations, and GDPR compliance.
Responsibilities
Core Model Development & Management: Design, configure, and maintain the global core model for time tracking and workforce management processes, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines during integration and steady-state operations.
Act as the primary interface for HR business populations and technical integrator teams
Risk Mitigation & Roadblock Management: Proactively identify, anticipate, and challenge obstacles, analyzing risks and driving issue resolution to keep the stream on track.
Process Architecture & Data Validation: Co-produce integrated Time, Employee Central (EC), and Payroll architecture flows alongside technical teams, while organizing comprehensive data testing and solution validation campaigns.
Change Management & Performance Analytics: Generate KPIs and maintain dashboards for the Time & Workforce scope
Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in global HRIS Payroll and/or Core HR projects, including hands-on involvement in HRIS implementation (build and/or run phases) within consulting firms or corporate internal teams.
Skills & Certifications: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal, project management, and cross-functional influencing skills. Adaptability, customer-centric mindset, and project management certifications (such as PMP) are a strong plus.
Technical Expertise: Mandate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), combined with a strong understanding of technical design, security, and access management for employee data.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of payroll activities, workforce regulations, compliance, and specific HRIS data legislation including GDPR.
