Role Overview

You will be responsible to define guidelines, govern Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and oversee overall security management within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. As a core contributor to Sodexo's global digital transformation, this position ensures that system access scales effectively while strictly aligning with organizational roles, compliance requirements, and global data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Role-Based Permission (RBP) Design & Implementation: Define the global RBP strategy, design role hierarchies/permission groups, and map precise access levels to organizational roles across various modules (e.g., EC, Recruitment, Performance).
  • Security Configuration & Governance: Manage and maintain the security framework within SuccessFactors, ensuring scalability, auditability, segregation of duties (SoD), and alignment with data privacy standards 
  • Access Control Management: Oversee user access provisioning and de-provisioning across both project and production environments, while managing access change requests and compliance certification reviews.
  • Testing & Configuration: Develop and execute comprehensive security testing plans and drive defect resolution related to system permissions.
  • Project Collaboration & Documentation: Act as the primary security point of contact for global country leads and system administrators
  • Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or global HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), gained either within a consulting firm or an internal corporate team.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience configuring and managing RBPs specifically within SAP SuccessFactors (required), alongside a strong understanding of how access functions across its different modules.
  • Security & Compliance: Solid background in security governance, access controls, audit readiness, and IT security/data privacy best practices.
  • Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Languages & Soft Skills: Fluency in English; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills; exceptional interpersonal abilities to influence transversally and foster collaboration.
