What you will be doing
- Take ownership of product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Become an expert in your domain, staying abreast of market trends and developments.
- Define and track success metrics throughout the lifecycle of experiments or hypotheses.
- Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing top challenges and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Assume accountability for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to end-of-life considerations.
- Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while enabling long-term thinking.
- Build trust with stakeholders by articulating a clear product vision and strategy.
- Maintain an understandable, accurate roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Managers.
- Become fluent in DXP, Content Management, and Marketing Automation best practices, ready to discuss and demonstrate product details with various stakeholders.
What you will bring
- 8+ years' experience in Product Management, demonstrating the ability to discover new opportunities and deliver products successfully.
- At least 2 years of prior experience building SaaS products.
- Proficiency in agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong user and stakeholder empathy, prioritizing value execution in an agile manner.
- Effective communication and collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action, proven in building innovative, data-driven products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Ability to make quick, data-backed decisions, even if they may be unpopular.
- Leadership qualities to encourage the team to build products delivering high customer value and strategic impact.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry (good to have).
- Experience in the marketing automation industry (good to have).
- Experience in the CMS / DXP industry (good to have).
