Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Data Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in PL/SQL and SQL to join our client. The ideal candidate must have advanced English proficiency and a strong ability to work with complex data structures and ETL processes.

A background in accounting and finance is highly desirable, as the role involves handling financial data, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity for business-critical applications."

1. SQL and PL/SQL Development and Optimization

Create, maintain, and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries to ensure efficiency and performance in processing large data volumes.

2. Data Modeling and Integration

Design and implement efficient data models, ensuring database integrity and scalability to meet business demands.

3. ETL and Data Pipeline Management

Develop and manage ETL processes for ingesting, transforming, and making data available from multiple internal and external sources.

4. Database Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Analyze and optimize queries and indexes to improve database performance and ensure scalability.

5. Data Governance and Quality

Ensure that data handling processes follow best practices in security, compliance, and governance, especially for financial and accounting data
