What you will be doing:

  • Implement, integrate, configure, and maintain the clients SaaS and on-prem product.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and the IT departments of our customers.
  • Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of cloud deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production SaaS environments.
  • Serve as an implementation expert for the clients solutions, understanding deployment patterns and configurations.
  • Manage the platform implementation from deployment handover to go-live readiness.
  • Configure applications to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Execute integrations between the clients system and external data sources.
  • Create and present technical documents.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in roles such as IT expert, QA Engineer, Technical Support, or NOC.
  • 2+ years of experience in complex technical support and integration.
  • Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms with external sources via API or other methods.
  • Skills in administering operational infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with configuration-management and automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Vault.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking.
  • Experience with OpenSearch (preferential).
  • Basic experience with Kubernetes and Docker deployment technologies (preferential).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
