Role Overview
In this role, you will be a key driver within the global information security team, evaluating cloud environments and defining technical and functional security prerequisites for large-scale IT projects. Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Security Design: Review multi-cloud services (specifically Azure and GCP) and define functional security requirements aligned with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and strategies.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Assess security risks for major business initiatives prior to go-live, and analyze business or IT requests impacting public cloud environments to propose strong mitigation measures.
- Governance & Policy: Contribute to the definition, drafting, and global rollout of information security policies, directives, and operational guidelines.
- Project Management: End-to-end management of cloud security projects, including requirement gathering, solution testing, selection, contract negotiations, and final deployment.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide strategic assistance to various global business units migrating workloads to the public cloud, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal business owners, CIOs, and internal/external auditors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of dedicated experience in Information Security (across consulting, auditing, or architecture domains), with at least 2 years focused on public cloud ecosystems (Azure and GCP preferred).
- Technical Background: Deep foundational knowledge of network, system, database, and application security, combined with familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (e.g., ISO 27005, EBIOS).
- Certifications: Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., MS AZ-500, AZ-30x, SANS SEC545) or core security credentials (ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM) are highly advantageous.
- Languages & Soft Skills: Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required, along with excellent writing skills and the professional communication necessary to influence stakeholders at all levels.
