Business & Data Transformation Analyst

We are looking for a Business & Data Transformation Analyst to support strategic transformation initiatives, strengthen data management practices and contribute to the evolution of our information systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organisational and digital transformation initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, translating business needs into clear functional and data requirements.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, reporting and control frameworks.
• Participate in information systems transformation projects, from analysis and solution design to implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, monitor project progress and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• Languages: Strong communication skills; professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is desirable, subject to confirmation.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data management, business analysis, digital transformation or related projects.
• Understanding of project management, information systems, data quality, analytics and business requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
