This senior recruitment role is designed for a key client of Hexa People. The successful candidate will join our client's team directly to manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist, and leadership roles. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, the Senior TA Specialist drives talent attraction strategies, builds proactive talent pipelines, manages onboarding journeys, and mentors junior recruitment team members.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex, management, and critical roles—from requirement scoping and competency-based interviewing to offer negotiation and compliance with diversity principles.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and professional networks to target passive candidates and build robust pipelines for hard-to-fill skill areas.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering data-driven market insights, advising on competitive salary expectations, and challenging unrealistic hiring criteria when needed.
  • Employer Branding & Programs: Lead talent attraction campaigns, represent the organization at career fairs, manage internal employee referral initiatives, and oversee structured internship frameworks.
  • Onboarding & Employee Insights: Coordinate candidate onboarding journeys, oversee buddy programs, update internal knowledge bases (e.g., SharePoint), and analyze data from annual reviews and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Mentorship: Coach, mentor, and share best-practice sourcing techniques with junior Talent Acquisition Specialists and trainees.
